Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is a replacement on/off power switch for the Johnny Vac Bee and Opossum canister vacuums, listed under part SWT700. The switch carries power to the suction motor, and it is the component you press each time you start or stop the machine.

Like any mechanical switch, the internal contacts and toggle spring wear with repeated use. A vacuum that will not power on, cuts out while running, or needs the button pressed several times before it responds is showing the typical signs of a tired switch rather than a motor problem.
