This is the carpet brush roll for the Johnny Vac JV259 cordless stick vacuum, fitting both the JV259CH and JV259WH models. The brush roll is the motorized agitator inside the powered floor head that spins to dig dirt, lint, and pet hair out of carpet pile and sweep it into the suction path.
Carpet-style brush rolls use stiffer bristles to groom and lift mid-pile carpet. As those bristles wear or wrap with hair, the JV259 cleans less effectively on rugs and carpet. A new brush roll restores full agitation and pickup.
