Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This carpet brush roll is built for Johnny Vac's JV259CH and JV259WH stick vacuums, stocked as part JV259CPT.

Set into the base of the powered floor head, the roll's bristles rotate against carpet pile to work loose dirt, sand, and pet hair that suction alone leaves behind, then the airflow carries it up into the machine.
