Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This geared belt (Part #CJV252) is the correct drive belt for the Johnny Vac JV252 stick vacuum. Unlike a smooth flat belt, a geared (cogged) belt has teeth molded along its inner surface that mesh with toothed pulleys, so it transfers power positively without slipping. That toothed grip keeps the brush roll turning at a steady speed even under the load of thick carpet or tangled hair.

When a stick vacuum's brush roll stops spinning, runs intermittently, or the unit clatters, the geared belt has usually worn, stripped a tooth, or split. Installing a fresh belt restores full brush rotation and consistent cleaning across hard floors and low-pile carpet.
