Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is a genuine Johnny Vac cloth filter assembly (Part #FIJV400) built for the JV400 wet/dry canister vacuum and the equivalent Ghibli AS400 series. The cloth filter is the primary dry-pickup filtration element that seats over the motor intake, trapping dust and fine debris before air reaches the motor.

Made from a durable woven cloth media with a sealing collar, this assembly keeps suction strong by stopping particles from clogging the airflow path while protecting the motor from premature wear.
