    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Replacement tank component for the Johnny Vac JV5 vacuum, sold as the tank body only. The tank is the main canister that collects debris and recovered liquid, mating to the motor head above and forming the sealed vessel that holds vacuum. This listing covers the tank component on its own, ideal when only the canister is cracked or worn while the rest of the machine is sound.

    Daily fill, empty, and transport cycles eventually fatigue a tank, leading to cracks, leaks, and lost seal. Dropping in a fresh OEM tank restores a watertight, airtight vessel so the JV5 recovers material at full capacity. The component is molded to the original JV5 dimensions for a clean fit with the existing latch, gasket, and motor head.
