Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

XV10D20 is the spring-loaded cord reel that auto-retracts the power cord on a Johnny Vac XV10 or XV10 Plus canister vacuum. Johnny Vac publishes XV10D20 as the cord winder for the XV10, and the reel draws the cord back in under spring tension once the machine's rewind control is engaged.

This reel sees mechanical stress every time the vacuum is stored, and that repeated cycling is what eventually wears it out. Typical failure signs are a cord that stops retracting all the way, a reel that feels stiff or catches partway through, and occasional power loss right as the cord finishes winding in.
