Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This pre-motor filter (Part #FIXV102) is built for the Johnny Vac XV10 and XV10Plus canister vacuums, and also fits the Vapamore MR-500 canister, which shares the same platform. Mounted before the motor, it captures fine dust and debris that pass through the primary filtration stage, shielding the motor from buildup.
