Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Perfect Fit electric hose assembly, SKU XV10HSE, is built for the Johnny Vac XV10Plus. It is an electrified hose, so internal wiring runs alongside the suction path and feeds current to the powered brush head, while the hose still pulls air through normally.

The assembly ships complete, with both end cuffs and the internal electrical contacts already in place, ready to join the wand and nozzle up to the machine body without any additional wiring work. Because the conductors run the full length of the hose, a break anywhere along it can cut power to the brush head even while suction still works normally.

That split behavior is the useful diagnostic. If the hose splits, if suction drops off, or if the brush head goes dead while airflow through the hose stays strong, the hose assembly rather than the nozzle motor is the part to replace.
