Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the complete floor-nozzle assembly for the JohnnyVac JV252 cordless stick vacuum, supplied with the brush roll already installed. It is the part to order when the original cleaning head on a JV252 has worn out, the brush roll has frayed or seized, or the nozzle housing is cracked.

Replacing the entire nozzle assembly restores smooth floor gliding, proper brush-roll rotation, and the airtight seal needed for strong suction on a battery-powered unit where efficiency matters most. Because the brush roll is included, there is no need to source agitator and housing separately.
