Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The JohnnyVac PN33 is an electric power nozzle engineered for central vacuum systems, delivering motor-driven brush agitation that pulls embedded dirt, sand, and pet hair from carpet pile. The internal beater bar spins independently of suction, so deep-pile and high-traffic carpets get a far more thorough clean than a plain air-driven head.

Its quick-disconnect neck snaps onto standard electric wands without tools, and an on/off switch right on the head lets you stop the brush for hard floors or stairs. LED dirt sensors light up to indicate where soil is still present, and a built-in headlight reveals debris under beds and furniture.
