Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM EF-9 HEPA exhaust filter (Part #591002114) fits the Kenmore 21814, 31150, and 81714 canisters as well as the Titan T8000. It cleans the air leaving the vacuum before it returns to the room.

As the filter loads with trapped particles, exhaust airflow drops and you may notice weaker suction or a dusty smell at the vent. A fresh filter captures 99.97 percent of dust, pollen, and allergens down to 0.3 microns and restores clean exhaust.
