Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine OEM Kenmore handle fork (part 81214) joins the handle to the nozzle on the Kenmore 81214, 81414, and BC4002, letting the two pivot together as you steer. It keeps the handle and cleaning head in proper alignment through every turn.

Worn pivot and fork components cause wobble, poor steering, and difficulty guiding the machine across the floor. Fitting this precision part restores smooth, controlled movement and takes the slack out of the handle-to-nozzle connection.
