We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. A jammed rewind is the usual reason a cord will not pull back, and this genuine OEM Kenmore cord reel assembly (Part #591016108) replaces the mechanism on the Kenmore BC4026 and BC4027 canister vacuums. The unit arrives complete with cord and spring-loaded reel, so the whole rewind system swaps as one piece.
When a reel only partially retracts, sticks, or leaves the cord hanging out, the spring or ratchet inside has usually worn or broken. A frayed cord on an old reel is also a shock and short hazard that should not stay in service. Fitting a fresh assembly restores smooth, automatic rewind and safe power delivery.
