We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This DVC-made Kenmore EF-4 HEPA exhaust filter is a replacement for Kenmore canister vacuums that use the EF-4 filter. Its HEPA media captures fine dust, pollen and allergens on the exhaust side, so the air leaving your vacuum is noticeably cleaner. (SKU: 472042)

Designed as a direct EF-4 replacement, this filter installs into the exhaust filter compartment of compatible Kenmore canister models. HEPA filtration is especially valuable for allergy and asthma households, trapping particles that ordinary filters allow to recirculate.
