Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine OEM HEPA exhaust filter (EF-10/EF-12) fits the Kenmore DU3017 upright and measures 5 inches in diameter. Mounted on the exhaust side, it captures fine particles leaving the motor so the air returning to the room stays clean while the motor stays protected from grit.

As the filter media loads with trapped dust, airflow drops and the exhaust can start to smell dusty, forcing the motor to work harder against the restriction. A fresh filter clears that restriction and restores clean, full-flow exhaust.
