Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM filter set for the Kenmore DS6025 and DS6028 Elite stick vacuums includes one HEPA filter and two foam filters. Together they keep airflow clean and shield the motor, with the foam catching larger debris and the HEPA trapping the fine particles before air exits the machine.

As the filters load with dust they choke airflow, which drags down suction and makes the motor work harder against the restriction. Refreshing all three at once restores clean, unrestricted airflow and full pickup from the stick vacuum.
