Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM foam filter serves the Kenmore DU2012 bagless upright (DU2012 RPL). Seated ahead of the motor, the foam traps dust and debris before it can reach the motor, protecting it while helping the machine hold strong suction.

Foam filters clog with fine dust over weeks of use, and a loaded filter chokes airflow and lets the motor overheat as it strains against the restriction. Keeping the foam clean, or replacing it when it no longer comes clean, restores full airflow and steady pickup.
