Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the replacement long swivel neck for Kenmore central vacuum power nozzles built on the Cen-Tec platform. The neck is the articulating joint between the power nozzle head and the wand, letting the nozzle swivel side to side and recline flat while routing both airflow and electrical power through to the brush motor.

This long-neck swivel version fits the Cen-Tec CT18 and CT20DXQS power nozzles (including the KC92PCREZ000 service group). A worn or cracked neck makes the nozzle stiff to steer or interrupts power to the brushroll. A fresh swivel neck (Part #41131) restores smooth, full-range articulation and a solid electrical pass-through.
