We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the power nozzle circuit board, part 571005105, used in the Titan TCS973 nozzle and in the matching Kenmore canister power nozzles. The board handles the nozzle's electronics: it takes power from the wand and governs how the brush roll motor runs.
Control boards fail in ways that look like several other faults at once. The nozzle may refuse to start while the canister runs normally, cut out mid-pass, or lose speed control so the brush roll only has one setting. Boards are sensitive to moisture and static, and once the components are damaged the board is replaced rather than repaired.
It fits the Kenmore 125.81615910 and BC3005, and the Titan T8000, T9200, T9400 and TCS973. Compare the connector and wire count against your old board before ordering, disconnect the vacuum first, and handle the new board by its edges.
