We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM swivel seal keeps the handle-to-nozzle pivot on your Kenmore vacuum turning smoothly and sealed, and fits models 125.81615910, 21814, 81214, 81414, 81614, 81714, BC4002, BC4026, and BC4027. It sits at the joint where the handle meets the cleaning head and maintains proper alignment through that movement.
A worn pivot seal causes wobbling, poor steering, and difficulty guiding the machine, and can let air escape at the joint. Because this is the OEM seal, it restores the factory fit and returns smooth, controlled operation.
