Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part DVC516-9 is a 9-pack of Type C micro-filtration paper bags for Kenmore canister vacuums. The 50558 in the product title is Kenmore's own bag number rather than a machine model, and this pack is the replacement for it.

Kenmore sold that bag under several numbers, and parts listings for the style name 5055, 50557 and 50558 together, usually adding Kenmore Type Q and the Panasonic Type C-5 to the same fit list. Micro-lined paper layers extra filtration over plain single-ply paper, holding back more of the fine dust before it reaches the motor filter.
