Maintain your Kirby with this genuine OEM Casting/Body for the belt lifter, made for the Tradition 3CB and Tradition. The casting forms the structural body of the belt lifter assembly, holding the lever and mechanism that raise and lower the drive belt off the brush roll.
A cracked or worn casting lets the mechanism go loose or bind, so the belt may not fully engage or release when you work the lifter. That makes belt changes difficult and can leave the belt improperly tensioned. Installing a sound casting returns firm, smooth belt lifter operation.
