We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Maintain your Kirby with this genuine OEM Casting/Body for the belt lifter, made for the Tradition 3CB and Tradition. The casting forms the structural body of the belt lifter assembly, holding the lever and mechanism that raise and lower the drive belt off the brush roll.

A cracked or worn casting lets the mechanism go loose or bind, so the belt may not fully engage or release when you work the lifter. That makes belt changes difficult and can leave the belt improperly tensioned. Installing a sound casting returns firm, smooth belt lifter operation.
