Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. These genuine OEM front-wheel hub caps (Part #131812) fit the Kirby Sentria II. Each cap covers the front-wheel hub to give a clean, finished look and shield the bearing area.

A lost hub cap lets dirt and debris work into the wheel bearing and leaves the wheel exposed. Fresh OEM caps seal the hub and restore the machine's finished appearance. Sold as a matched pair, they let you refresh both front wheels at once so the wheels look consistent.
