Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details

Ten scuff plate screws for the Kirby G3, part 857322A. The scuff plate is the trim along the front of the nozzle that takes the knocks against baseboards and furniture legs, and these are the fasteners that hold it on.

Screws in this position back out over time, and the seats they bite into can strip after a few removals. A scuff plate that rattles, stands proud at one corner, or has gone missing altogether usually needs fresh hardware rather than a new plate. Buying ten at a time leaves you spares for the next teardown.

Drive them snug rather than hard. Over-torquing is what strips the seat in the first place, and a stripped seat turns a two-minute job into a much longer one.
