Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement right trim strip (Part #630893) is designed for the Kirby G-4, listed under part number 630893S. The strip runs along the right side of the cover shell, protecting the housing edge and completing the machine's finished look.
