Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This complete stone grey cloth bag assembly (Part #187994G) is the genuine outer bag system for the Kirby G4 upright vacuum. Sold as a full assembly, it includes the woven cloth outer bag together with the top components needed to mount it to the machine, so you get everything required to replace a worn-out bag in one part.

The stone grey Kirby cloth is built to withstand the airflow and handling of regular home use while keeping fine exhaust dust contained within the outer shell. Installing a fresh complete assembly is the fastest way to eliminate odors, stains, and tears from an aging G4 and return it to like-new presentation.
