This genuine OEM Kirby scuff plate is built for the G5 and restores protection along the lower front of the machine. It mounts where the nozzle contacts furniture, walls, and baseboards during use.
A cracked or worn plate leaves the housing exposed to knocks and can begin marking surfaces. A factory-spec replacement returns the protective edge and keeps the vacuum looking its best. With the plate intact, the nozzle rides along furniture and baseboards without catching or marking them.
