Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM rear wheel assembly restores the back wheel on the Kirby Sentria and related Gen-series uprights. The assembly carries the rear of the machine and works with the drive system, so smooth rolling here supports the self-propelled operation.
