Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details

Kirby's genuine allergen carpet shampoo in a one-gallon bottle, lavender scented, part 252802S. It is a concentrate for use with the Kirby home care shampoo system.

The formula is a dry foam, and that is the point of it. The carpet is cleaned and brightened without being soaked, so it dries quickly and the room is walkable again in short order rather than being out of use for the afternoon. It is also formulated to neutralize allergens as it works, which matters in a house where dust mites live in the pile.

It suits the shampoo systems across the Kirby range, from the current Avalir back through Sentria, the G-series machines and the Diamond Edition to the older Legend, Heritage and Classic uprights. Diluted as directed, a gallon covers a lot of carpet and means fewer reorders through a season.
