We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 11-0082-5 is the two-speed switch assembly for Koblenz upright vacuums, the control that selects between the machine's high and low motor speeds as well as switching it off.
Switch failure on these machines is easy to recognise. The vacuum will not start at all, it runs on one speed but not the other, or it cuts out when the handle is moved because the contacts inside have worn or the terminals have loosened. Since the switch carries motor current, heat damage at the connectors is common and worth inspecting while the housing is open.
This assembly fits the Koblenz P800, P-620A, P-1800 and P2600. Unplug the vacuum before starting, photograph the wiring before disconnecting anything, and make sure every spade terminal is fully seated when the new switch goes in.
