Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details

The handle yoke is the structural joint between the handle tube and the body of a Koblenz commercial upright. Every push, pull and twist you put into the handle is carried through it. Part 05-4734-02-5 is the replacement yoke for the U75, and it also fits the U80 and U90.

Yokes crack rather than wear out. The first symptom is a handle with more play in it than it used to have, followed by a machine that wanders instead of tracking where you steer it, and finally a hairline split that opens up under load. Operators feel it long before anyone spots it: a loose yoke makes a commercial vacuum tiring to run for a full shift.

A new yoke returns the handle to a firm, predictable connection. Take the chance to check the handle bolts and any bushings at the joint while it is apart.
