We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details
Part 06-0567-5 is the handle yoke for the Koblenz U-180DC. It joins the handle to the body of the machine and takes the load of every push and pull, which is why it is the part that fails on an upright that has otherwise been looked after.
The symptom is play. The handle starts to move independently of the body, steering gets vague, and on a machine used all day that vagueness turns into fatigue. Look for hairline cracks around the mounting points and any splay at the tube socket; both mean the yoke is on its way out even if it has not broken yet.
A replacement yoke matches the original fit and restores the rigid connection the machine was designed around. Inspect the handle fasteners and the pivot hardware while the yoke is off, since a failing yoke usually takes them with it.
