Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 119915-07 is Ametek Lamb's two-stage bypass motor rated at 120 volts, a direct replacement for the original in vacuum and central vacuum equipment built around it.

Bypass motors keep two air paths apart: the working air that carries the dirt, and a separate stream that cools the windings. That separation is why they are chosen for central vacuums and wet pickup, where letting dirty air over the motor would shorten its life quickly.

Order one when suction has dropped away, the unit has developed a burning smell or an unfamiliar noise, or it no longer starts. The number stamped on your existing motor is the check that matters, so match it along with the voltage and stage count, and confirm the mounting and discharge arrangement suit your housing. Disconnect power before servicing.
