Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Lamb Ametek 122100 is a 5.7-inch diameter, 2-stage Acustek peripheral-discharge bypass motor for 240-volt central vacuum power units. The Acustek bypass design separates cooling air from the work-air stream for cooler, quieter running, while peripheral discharge directs exhaust around the motor housing for efficient air movement.

This Ametek-built motor is engineered to fit the HP Products Dual Motor Model DB9000 as the lower motor position. Confirm the lower-motor location before installing to ensure proper fitment.
