Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is a genuine Lamb Ametek 7.2" three-stage vacuum motor (Part #117470-12), a high-performance bypass motor built for central vacuums, wet/dry units, and commercial cleaning equipment that demand strong, sustained suction. The three-stage fan design stacks three sets of fans to generate exceptional sealed-suction (water lift) for deep-cleaning applications.
