This Ametek Lamb motor (116136-00) is a 3-stage, 7.2-inch, 240-volt bypass unit with tangential discharge and dual ball bearings. It uses lug mounting, mounts at any angle, and fits many Astrovac models beginning with MK-XXIX.
When suction fades or the motor runs rough or noisy, the motor is usually the cause. This unit replaces 116117 and restores full performance across the system. Matching the mounting and discharge style keeps the Astrovac unit performing as it did originally.
