Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Built to a 7.2-inch frame, this replacement Ametek Lamb tangential bypass motor (Part #117467-13) is a 120-volt, 2-stage unit on double ball bearings. Rated figures include 110 CFM, 123 inches of sealed vacuum, 455 maximum air watts, and a 12.8 amp maximum, with an average life around 700 hours.

As the motor wears, central vacuum water lift and airflow fall away. The correct replacement restores rated suction across a wide range of power units.
