Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This Ametek Lamb through-flow motor (116111-00) is a 5.7-inch, 220-volt, 2-stage unit with ball/sleeve bearings and a 1025-watt power level. It fits various NuTone central vacuum power units, including the VX1000.

Through-flow motors reach sealed vacuums up to 142 inches of water and flow rates up to 146 CFM, so a worn unit noticeably weakens the whole system. A correct replacement restores that pull and airflow. Fitting the matching unit keeps the NuTone system reaching its full sealed-vacuum and flow ratings.
