Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This microfiber floor mop cover (Part #7PS) is a genuine Vapamore large pad with a hook-and-loop backing for the MR-100 Primo steam cleaner's new-style mop head. It also fits the Vapamore MR-750. The soft microfiber wraps the mop plate to clean hard floors with steam.

A mop cover thins, mats, and loses its grip with repeated heat and washing, and a worn pad smears rather than lifts. Fitting a fresh cover restores absorbent, even contact across hard floor surfaces.
