Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Dust cover release latch for Carpet Pro CPU uprights, part 54.124. The latch is the catch that holds the dust cover shut, and it is worked every single time a bag is changed.

Latches break at the spring arm. The cover then pops open while the machine is running — dust escapes, the compartment loses its seal, and the cover itself takes a beating swinging loose against the housing. A latch that has to be pressed hard or held to stay engaged is on its way out.

It fits the Carpet Pro CPU1, CPU1T, CPU2, CPU2T and CPU1QD, the Clean Max CMPSQD, the Fuller Brush FBHD1, FBHD1T, FBMM1T, FBMMPW, FBMMPWCF4, FBP14PW, FBPHD2, FBPHD2T and FBP-14PWBP, and the Titan T4000 and TC6000. Test for a firm click once it is in.
