Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement carbon motor brush (Part #643888901) is designed for Singer upright vacuum motors. The carbon brush rides against the commutator to transfer electrical current into the spinning armature, a job that slowly wears the brush down with normal use.

As the carbon wears short, contact with the commutator becomes intermittent, which shows up as lost suction, sparking near the motor, or a vacuum that shuts off unexpectedly. Worn brushes left in service can score the commutator. Fresh brushes restore steady current and smooth motor operation.
