Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part LTP321 is the LED display board from the Heat Smart Liberty heater, the small lit panel that reports the temperature setting, the mode and the state of the unit.

Display boards fail in recognizable ways. Segments drop out so a digit reads wrong, the whole panel goes dark while the heater keeps running, or the readout freezes and stops following the buttons. On a heater you set and then leave alone, a display you cannot trust is worth fixing, because you lose any sense of what the unit is doing.

Unplug the heater at the wall and give it time to cool before opening anything, and note how the connector is oriented before you release it. Confirm your unit is a Liberty before ordering: display boards are model-specific and will not carry across from another heater.
