Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the left side decal for the HiZero F500 Bionic Mop, part M8500012701, the factory graphic that goes on the left flank of the body.

Decals take the wear the machine itself shrugs off. They lift at a corner after enough contact with baseboards, they fade where the machine is stored in sunlight, and once an edge is up it peels a little further every time the mop is picked up. A machine that still works perfectly can look years older than it is because of it.

Applying one is simple but unforgiving. Clean the panel, get it completely dry, remove every trace of the old adhesive, and position the decal before you press it down, because it will not slide once it grips. This is the left side only, and it is cut for the F500 body panel.
