Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

At 12 inches, the Diamante 300e is the more compact of the two Diamante eco FORCE machines, sized for tighter rooms, stairwells and spaces where a wider commercial upright would be awkward to maneuver.
It carries Lindhaus's DCS, the eco FORCE line's dry carpet cleaning system, built to agitate and lift soil from carpet without the soak-and-dry cycle of a wet extractor.
Underneath, it is a true dual-motor machine, one motor on suction and a second driving the brush roller at 5,000 rpm, and Lindhaus's patented weight distribution keeps the mass in the base so the handle carries only about 1.9 pounds in use. The DCS pairs that high-speed roller with Lindhaus dry compound, lifting embedded soil while leaving carpet dry and walkable immediately.
