Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Dynamic 300e sits in Lindhaus's Dynamic eco FORCE range, a commercial upright line built around the same DCS dry carpet cleaning system used across the eco FORCE family.
It is positioned for commercial settings that run a vacuum every day rather than occasionally, the kind of duty cycle a home-grade machine is not built to absorb.
Lindhaus publishes the Dynamic platform at 880 watts of input across its two motors, rated at 2,300 mm of water lift and 49 liters per second of airflow, with the brush roller turning at 5,000 rpm across the 300e's 12 inch path. Filtration runs six stages, finishing in 3M's Filtrete electrostatic microfilter at better than 98 percent efficiency on 0.3 micron particles, and the weight-distribution layout keeps handle weight near 1.9 pounds through a full shift.

If you are deciding between the Dynamic 300e and the larger Dynamic 380e, the difference that matters most is how much floor you are covering in a shift: tighter spaces and detail work favor the 300e, wide open commercial floors favor the 380e.
