Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Lindhaus LB3 14in L-ion Digital Pro combines the wider 14 inch cleaning path with battery power, so a crew covering more floor per pass is not tied to an outlet while doing it. It is the cordless counterpart to the 14in eco FORCE, built for the same open floors but for rooms and routes where running a cord is not practical or safe to lay across a walkway.
A lithium-ion battery holds a charge between uses without needing to run flat first, which fits how cordless machines actually get used in commercial settings: grabbed for a pass through a lobby or a stretch of hallway rather than scheduled for a set block of time. The wider 14 inch path covers more ground per stroke than the 12 inch model, so fewer passes are needed to clear the same room, though we are not publishing an exact runtime figure without confirmed data from Lindhaus.
