    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer.     Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Black at 0.20 mm is the standard medium bristle for the Lindhaus LW30 eco FORCE, LW30 L-ion and Lavinia, part 088270381, on a 30 cm roller.

    Being the standard grade, this is the roller most LW30 machines run day to day, which also means it accumulates the most hours and reaches the end of its life first. Bristles that have flattened over months of runtime work the floor less evenly and leave more behind than they did when new, with nothing else on the machine having changed.

    The wear is gradual, and that is what makes it easy to miss. Performance drops a little at a time rather than failing outright, and the standard you are judging against slides down with it. Comparing the floor now against how it looked when the roller was new is a more honest test than comparing it against last week. A fresh 0.20 mm roller resets that baseline on its own, with nothing else to adjust.

    The 30 cm width is specific to these machines. Read the model name off your machine before ordering rather than matching on bristle color, since Lindhaus uses the same colors across rollers of different lengths.
