    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    White soft pads are the polishing grade for Lindhaus Flexy machines, built to bring up shine rather than scrub it away. This two-pack, part 184620081, fits the LW44 Flexy and LW52 Flexy, each pad weighing about 0.2 kg and paired so both drive plates match.

    Where red and green pads are graded for cutting through soil, white is the gentlest option in the range, made for buffing sealed and finished hard floors, restoring gloss, and clearing light haze without abrading the coating underneath. It is the pad to run as a final pass after scrubbing, or on its own for routine maintenance shine.

    Polishing pads load up with residue over time and lose their buffing effect well before they look worn. If a pass leaves the floor duller than expected, that is the cue to rotate in a fresh pair from pack 184620081.

    These pads mount to Lindhaus's pad drivers, sold separately, rather than to the brush deck itself. Store spare pads flat and dry, away from grit that could transfer onto the pad face and scratch a floor on the next polishing pass.
