Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This lock washer is a replacement for the Karcher Tornado CV30 floor machine, part K63431870.

Lock washers keep a bolted joint tight under vibration, which is a floor machine's constant condition during a shift. When one goes missing or loses its spring tension, the fastener it backs up works loose over time, and a joint that should stay tight starts to rattle or shift under load. On a commercial floor machine that runs for hours at a stretch, a loose fastener rarely stays a minor issue for long.
