Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Plastiflex builds part XE130138030BUI as a light gray, 30-foot central vacuum hose with a low-voltage button switch molded right into the handle. Pressing that button starts and stops the vacuum unit at the wall, so there is no separate switch to reach for.

Hose tubing hardens and cracks with age, and the thin wiring that runs the button switch can fray at the same bends that stress the tube. Either failure shows up the same way: suction drops off, or the button stops turning the unit on and off reliably.
